New products competition terms and conditions
- To be eligible for the new products competition,
please send your answer, name and address to website@ncma.org.uk or on a
postcard to: New Products Competition, Who Minds? NCMA, Royal
Court, 81 Tweedy Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1TG. Please include "New
Products Competition" in the subject line of your email. Please
note that incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted entries or
entries not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions
won’t be accepted.
- NCMA will only accept one entry per person. No applications
from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications
automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
- No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be
delivered. NCMA is not liable for any entries that are lost,
delayed or damaged.
- Proof of submission is not proof of entry.
- One winner will be chosen at random from all correct and
eligable entries. Eligable entries are those submitted in
accordance with these terms and conditions and
by the published closing date. The decision of the
judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our
control no correspondence will be entered into. No entries will be
returned.
- Proof of ID may be required from winners in order to obtain the
prize.
- There is no cash alternative and the prize will only be given
to the official winners. Should the advertised prize become
unavailable for reasons beyond NCMA’s control, NCMA reserves the
right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The competition prizes are subject to
availability.
- Prize winners will be notified by email within two weeks of the
closing date. We will endeavour to deliver the prizes to the
winners within six weeks of the closing date. A redraw will take
place if prizes have not been claimed within eight weeks of the
closing date.
- The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting
from this promotion.
- All entrants will be deemed to consent to the transfer of their
personal data to the Data Controller and any third parties
necessary for the purposes of the administration of the promotion
and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
- The winners’ name and county will be available by sending a SAE
to Competition Winners, Who Minds? NCMA, Royal Court, 81 Tweedy
Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1TG.
- All entry instructions form part of the rules. All entrants
will be deemed to have accepted these instructions, terms and
conditions and be bound by the rules.
