Compliments and complaints

Lady readingYour feedback is important to us

We aim to give all our stakeholders – childcarers, families, local authorities, colleges and other support agencies – the highest standards of service. We welcome feedback on all aspects of our work.

Compliments, suggestions and any other general comments can be made over the phone or by email. Simply call the NCMA information line free on 0800 169 4486.

However, if you have a concern about any aspect of NCMA’s work, try to have a chat about it with a member of our staff – perhaps your local NCMA worker, someone in the relevant head office department, or an employee on the NCMA information line. Click here to find contact details for NCMA offices. Many issues are resolved in this way, but if you are still not happy, you may want to make a formal complaint.

Formal complaints must be made in writing, ideally by using the forms which you can download below. Download a copy of NCMA's feedback policy (Word, 30kb) for more information.
