ICT
The ICT team is charged with building on the
strong ICT foundations NCMA has established in recent
years.
The team is focused upon digital technology,
business improvement systems and efficient and effective day-to-day
process enablers working with teams across the organisation to
identify where ICT can help to improve customer service and
enhanced functionality for our members, partners and staff.
Among many things, ICT supports NCMA delivery
of online services to our members via the MyNCMA area and ensures
NCMA can access the data and knowledge it needs to better
understand the needs of its members and inform other aspects of its
work.
