National Childminding Week '11
4 - 11 June 2011
National Childminding Week is taking place
this year from 4 to 11 June 2011. This year’s theme is
"aspiration," reflecting the fact that registered childminders and
nannies are uniquely placed to nurture interests and build on the
future aspirations of the children in their care.
We'll be asking all NCMA members to incorporate the theme of
aspiration into any events they hold during the week. Find out

Aspirations achieved?
As part of National Childminding Week, NCMA is looking for childminders and nannies to tell your stories to help raise awareness of the great work you
do. Have you had a
major career change to move into childcare? Do you support parents who are high flyers or
carry out interesting jobs? Do you go above and beyond the call of
duty to support the children in your care or their families in
different ways?
