them become more self-reflective of their practice, is now
available from NCMA.

Self-reflective looks at the five Every Child Matters
outcomes and offers ways for childminders to reflect on how
they help children meet the outcomes.
NCMA is always keen to hear feedback about its products, and
there's a questionnaire about the new resource to complete and
return.
