Get involved locally

If the general election has fired your enthusiasm and you're keen to exercise your democratic rights further, why not get involved with your local NCMA Annual Regional Meeting?

These meetings, also known as ARMs, are held in the ten NCMA regions each year.

The meetings are used to elect NCMA members to the roles of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary of the regional committees, and also to elect members of the National Policy Forum where there are vacancies.

What would I do there?

The ARM isn't just about voting and committees - they're a great way to have your voice heard by NCMA.

At the upcoming meetings, we're asking members to discuss the updating and replacement of NCMA's Quality Standards. What code of practice do you think NCMA members should adhere to? The ARM is your chance to join the discussion.

How can I get involved?

ARMs are taking place around the country. The dates and venues are listed below. If you'd like to go along and get involved, please contact Julie Fennelly on 020 8290 2515 for more information.
