Help NCMA prepare for the future
Help NCMA plan for its future by completing our
consultation survey and enter to win £100
in Marks and Spencer vouchers*.
NCMA’s current strategy ends in 2012, so we
are in the early stages of developing our plans for the
future.
To help us to do so, we need to hear what you
think. This short survey,
along with other information we are gathering and conversations we
are having with people connected to NCMA, will be used to help NCMA’s Board
decide on the charity’s future priorities.
The final strategy will be published in a new
strategic plan in the summer of 2011.
If you have a spare 10 minutes, please complete

and you can be part of the discussion and help us plan
how NCMA can further improve its support of home-based
childcare.

If you take part, you will be included in a
prize draw with the chance to win a £100 Marks and Spencer voucher.
The winner of the draw will be notified no later than Friday 1
October 2010.
All responses will be confidential. If you
choose to enter the prize draw, your answers will be separated from
your contact details, so the anonymity of your response will not be
affected.
