Online services for renewing members
Until recently NCMA members have only
been able to renew their membership and public liability
insurance by phone or post.
But now, you can renew your membership and
insurance at any time of day or night, in one quick transaction in
the secure members' area
of the website.
Also, as long as we have an up-to-date email
address for you, you will receive your first renewal notification
via email, giving you an early opportunity to renew your
membership. You can update your details by sending an email to
info@ncma.org.uk or by
calling us on 0845 880 0044.
Alternatively, if you download, complete and
return a Direct Debit form, we’ll take care of your renewal
automatically next year – making life even easier.
To access this service, register with
My NCMA, the secure
members’ area of www.ncma.org.uk. Once registered, you
will have access to NCMA factsheets, articles from Who Minds?
magazine and details of the great savings that are part of NCMA
membership.
