Login process

  1. Enter your membership number and initial password.
  2. Enter and confirm a new password.
  3. Enter and/or confirm your email address.
  4. Check your email inbox for an authentication email from NCMA.
  5. Click on the link in the authentication email. This will return you to My NCMA login.
  6. Re-enter your membership number and new password.

 

Troubleshooting

Check that the details you have entered are correct. For example, check that the caps lock and number lock are not on. The password is case sensitive.

 

You can find your membership number* in the following places:

  • renewal paperwork
  • membership card
  • insurance certificate
  • NCMA correspondence
  • Who Minds? cover sheet

 

*Please note, new NCMA membership numbers were issued in March 2009.

 

If we hold an up-to-date email address, you should have received instructions about how to log on. You can also find details about the initial password on page 41 in the December 2009/January 2010 issue of Who Minds?

 

If we already hold an email address for you, you will be asked to confirm it by re-entering it. If the email you enter does not match our records, you will need to contact NCMA to update your details.

 

If you can't find the authentication email from NCMA, please check your junk mail folder or deleted items. Adding info@ncma.org.uk to your address book or safe senders list will make sure that you always receive emails from us.

 

If you still cannot find the authentication email, log in using your membership number and your new password. The address to which your authentication email has been sent will be displayed. If the address is correct, please select the option to resend the authentication email. If the email address is incorrect, please contact NCMA to update your details.

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "forgotten password" link to request a password reset email. Please note, this cannot be used during the initial login process. You must use the initial password provided by NCMA.

 

To return to the login process, please click the Members' Area tab in the main navigation panel, or click Member Login in the top right-hand corner of any page.
