Basic food hygiene training
NCMA Basic Food Hygiene e-learning
This course is specifically designed for food handlers,
especially those using and storing raw foods. Ideal for
childminders and nannies, you'll learn about:
- risks of contamination
- food-borne illnesses
- legal responsibilities
- correct food handling and storage
- personal hygiene
- preventative measures
- effective controls and procedures.
The course consists of four modules and you can print a
personalised certificate on sucessful completion.
The online training can be accessed from wherever you have an
internet connection, including smartphones. The course won't take
long to complete, and you can come back to it whenever is
convenient to you.
Once you've completed the course, you can print a certificate
for your portfolio.
