CYPOP5 - what support is available to me?
You will be provided with the course text book that will support
you with your tasks as well as additional guides in the resource
section of the on line dashboard. For any additional support please
contact cypmentor@ncma.org.uk and
someone will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.
How much will it cost?
The e-learning course costs £189.60 (including VAT) and includes
all assessment and registration fees, plus all learners receive a
free textbook written by NCMA. Some local authorities will fund
this course for prospective childminders. Contact your local
Family
Information Service to find out if you can access funding.
Refunds and cooling off period
Logging into your e-learning account indicates acceptance that
your training (and our performance of the contract) is deemed to
have begun and you are not entitled to a refund under any
circumstances.
You may cancel your e-learning course, if you have not yet
logged in, within seven working days beginning with the day after
your login details are sent to you by email. Write to us at NCMA,
Royal Court, 81 Tweedy Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1TG or call NCMA's
Customer Services department on 0845 880 0044 between 8:30am - 5pm
Monday to Friday.
